Custom Node Placement
GNW fully supports the placement of custom monitoring solutions.
Some examples of this type of service would be custom VPN tunneling to test connectivity into the corporate intranet, or custom modem dialup solutions.

GNW can work with your team to design custom solutions that are delivered over any type of network, including cable modem, VPN, dialup modem, DSL, or wireless; virtually any communications method which uses standard IP protocol can be used for performance monitoring.

The most popular custom solution to date, however, remains internal node placement. GNW can place monitoring station nodes inside your network, and provide dedicated point-to-point network and application health metrics.
If you have multiple linked sales offices, you can place monitoring stations in each location and achieve a means to determine what factors are impacting employees as they use internal systems.

Custom Metrics Collection
GNW data collection, especially in internal scenarios, is not limited to web applications. GNW can track application functionality for virtually any well defined TCP protocol. For example, GNW can internally track the performance of Tuxedo based applications.
